To download, search ‘Alchemy & I’ on the App Store or Play Store. Then, create your account to enjoy our special offers.

During your visit, your Alchemist will point out your QR code. Open the app, scan the code and unlock all your options, including our drinks and food menu. You can then use the app to order drinks, food, and so much more.

Once you have selected your order, our dedicated concierge team will bring your order straight over, so you can sit back and relax. 

Club Alchemy

Our app will also give you access to our loyalty scheme: Club Alchemy.

Sign up, track your points, unlock exclusive rewards and be alerted of special perks and discount days – all through your Club Alchemy membership area within the app.

Once you’ve created your account, you’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent in the salon! Show your member card at checkout, and our team will add your points to your account.

You’ll join Club Alchemy as a Jade member, where you can start earning points and accessing exclusive offers. Once you hit 1,000 points, you’ll become a Sapphire member and can begin spending your points to get money off your bill in the salon.

As you earn points, you’ll move up through our memberships to enjoy even more benefits!

Redeeming Points and Rewards

To view your Club Alchemy account, open the Alchemy app and select the trophy icon at the bottom of the screen.  

From here, you can navigate to see your Member Card, which shows you your card, the number of points you have, and your unique QR code, which our team will scan to add your points to your account.

You can also navigate to ‘Rewards’, which will show you what rewards are available and allow you to spend your points to get money off your bill!
